Important Info. When Registering
Family Account – Any family who had an account for summer 2017 or later will be able to use their same account. If they have forgotten their password here is a reset link (also on the sign in page) https://mycircuitree.com/CampWapo/ForgotPassword Any family who did not use our camps in the past or prior to 2017 will need to create a new account when they register.
Store Card (Canteen) Money – At the end of each camp session remaining store card funds will be applied to any outstanding balances or refunded to the credit card or bank account on file. If there is no electronic method on file, a paper check will be mailed. No cash refunds will be given to campers. Campers are given an opportunity to use their balance up following closing worship at all sessions. If the balance of the store card is less than $3.00, those funds will be considered a donation to our campership fund.
Payment - All forms of payment must be received TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the camper’s arrival. These forms of payment include: church payments (fundraising/scholarships) and individual family payments. When a church submits payment, we require a list that includes the names of the individuals and how much money is designated to each camper. The software allows families to have access to real time payment and balance information. Therefore, we need to receive timely payments in order to give an accurate picture of their family account balance. Campers should arrive with a zero balance.
