Three Rivers Community Action: Energy AssistanceEnergy Assistance is a program to help households pay heating and electricity bills. Assistance is available because people with low incomes might have a difficult time paying all of their bills and people must have heat and electricity in the winter in Minnesota.
This help is for people of all ages with varying sources of income. Home owners and renters who meet the income guidelines can get help. GriefShareGriefShare, a Christian grief support group, will be starting a new session beginning Monday, Sept. 11, 2023 from 6:30-8:00pm at First Covenant Church in Red Wing. Registration is appreciated so that an adequate supply of workbooks is available. Register online at griefshare.org (find a group) or call Susan at 651-380-9362.
Support GroupEvery Sunday night from 6-8pm at The Third Place 221 N. 2nd St, Goodhue. To provide support and encouragement to those who have experienced loss or grief caused by but not limited to death, divorce, broken relationship, miscarriage, loss of health, non-death loss of child or family member, loss of security/safety such as assault or rape to name a few.
